I saw someone make a PMV with the same theme and was inspired to make one myself since theirs was more of a compilation than a rhythmic thing like I try to make. Fuck credits at the end of the video, the artists of the clips used are ambiguouscinema, noname55, leeteRR, rexxcraft, and liard. The song is What's Up!? by Charmes.
